Fly legally and safely

Before operating any drone, you must check and follow the aviation, privacy, insurance, and safety regulations that apply in the country and location where you fly. Rules may vary by country, airspace, drone weight, payload, operator category, pilot registration, training, insurance, and intended use.

Follow the manufacturer guidelines

You must also read and follow the manufacturer's operating manuals, safety instructions, firmware notices, battery charging and storage instructions, maintenance guidance, payload limits, weather limits, and any warnings for your specific drone, controller, batteries, chargers, accessories, and replacement parts.
